Delete Your Account

The quickest way is in the app: open Account and tap Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, send us a request here. We’ll reply to confirm it’s your account, and aim to delete it within 30 days.

This opens your email app with the request filled in.

What’s deleted

  • Your account and your Apple or Google sign-in link
  • Your saved rooms, reviews, comments, and reports
  • Photos you uploaded

What stays

  • Rooms you shared stay listed without your name, so other parents can still find them.
  • Search history is kept without any link to you.
  • Support subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, and deleting your account doesn’t cancel them. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings.
